These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Klondesk's AI voice receptionist service. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Klondesk provides AI-powered voice receptionist services that answer calls, capture leads, book appointments, and forward urgent calls to your team. Our service operates 24/7 and integrates with your existing phone system.

2. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service to harass or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or availability
  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all phone systems

We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you:

6. Payment Terms

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • We will delete your data within 90 days
  • You remain responsible for any unpaid fees
  • Certain terms survive termination

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klondesk shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for our service
  • Issues beyond our reasonable control

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klondesk from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of British Columbia.
