Klondesk provides AI-powered voice receptionist services including automated call answering, appointment booking, lead capture, and call forwarding. Our service is designed for businesses seeking to improve their customer communication.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information for AI training, complying with applicable laws regarding call recording and privacy, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and using the service in accordance with these terms.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice when possible for planned maintenance.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Klondesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and we will delete your data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
